Job Description

• Personnel and professional leadership of a team to ensure patient-oriented, individual, and quality-focused care
• Conducting employee, target agreement, and location discussions as well as promoting employee development
• Active support of smooth operational processes considering organizational and personnel principles
• Supporting the overall goals of the department and clinic as well as their strategies
• Optimizing workflows regarding safety and quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency including personnel management
• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration

Qualifications

• Diploma in nursing (FH/HF) with leadership experience
• Professional understanding of nursing as a basis for thinking and acting
• Support in the nursing care and supervision of our patients
• Interest in future-oriented nursing projects as well as enthusiasm for organizational and leadership tasks
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and openness to new things
• Personal commitment and high social competence that underline leadership personality
