The primary school administration supports the four school buildings in personnel administration and manages around 350 teachers. Your tasks
- independent processing of teaching staff administration including data maintenance for all cantonal and municipal teaching staff for the assigned school units
- substitute management including preparation of documents for salary payments
- assistance with personnel law clarifications and advice to school management
- collaboration in the meeting administration of the authority and the operational management (school board, education management as well as education conference)
Your profile
- completed commercial basic training, preferably in a public administration
- experience in the field of teaching staff administration at a primary school administration or in the HR area
- careful, independent and reliable working style, good work organization
- pronounced customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of customer contact
- resilience, high social competence as well as good team and communication skills
- very good IT skills (MS Office), PULS, Scolaris and CMI protocol an advantage
