The EMS Les Clos d’Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024 and has 56 beds, covering two missions: geriatrics and psychiatry of advanced age. The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the memory CAT. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS of Aubonne welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting. Located close to the village, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafes. About 70 collaborators work there.

We are looking for a:

Geriatric Nurse (M/F) at 100%

To strengthen our Geriatrics service, from 01/05/2026 for a fixed-term mission of 3 to 6 months.

• Continuous hours from 8:00 or 12:00, no nights (only on-call shifts).

YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor HES in nursing or a nurse diploma recognized by CRS.
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
• Successful experience in medicine or geriatrics, an asset.
• Good integration skills, a strong team spirit and collaboration.
• Listening skills and excellent interpersonal relations with elderly people.
• Leadership and autonomy allowing you to communicate and position yourself diplomatically within the team.
• Ability to analyze critical situations and good management of priorities and emergencies.
• A sense of multidisciplinary teamwork and initiative.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Systematically identify the needs and resources of the resident.
• Participate in various service development projects.
• Develop care objectives with the resident and their relatives taking into account a global therapeutic project.
• Decide on care actions with the resident, their relatives, and the interdisciplinary team according to the care objectives.
