To complete its team, the Building and Works Service (Unibat) is looking for a technical building manager.

Your activities
In your activities, you will be required to:
- Monitor technical installations, including heating, air conditioning, sanitary facilities, electricity, elevators, fire protection, and detect operational anomalies.
- Ensure the proper functioning and manage the inventory of the University’s technical equipment.
- Monitor the progress of works, participate in site meetings, transmit necessary information to companies, engineers, and architects, contribute to receptions and commissioning, and ensure compliance with quality contracts for services provided.
- Periodically inspect building structures, their technical equipment, and replace defective equipment.
- Ensure the proper functioning of safety equipment (fire detection, access controls, etc.).
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- CFC in a technical building trade (preferably in the electrical or electromechanical field)
- Operating electrician art.13 or CFC electrician installer with more than 3 years of experience under the supervision of a professional in the trade
- 5 years of experience in a similar profession
- Knowledge of standards and guidelines related to building trades
- Contact with users, able to put oneself in the client’s place to meet their needs.
