Job Description
Your Team and Your Mission
At Wüest Partner, we combine expertise, data and digital solutions to create strong decision-making foundations for the real estate industry. Across our digital teams, we build innovative products and platforms – from SaaS solutions like Wüest Dimensions to new AI-powered services.
We are transitioning from a traditional SaaS delivery to Agentic AI as a Service. This role is critical to driving that transformation, moving from early experimentation to first production use case while building the foundation for an ambitious AI portfolio. The environment operates within significant regulatory constraints, requiring someone who can maintain momentum while navigating compliance requirements with appropriate rigour and who is willing to constructively challenge when caution risks becoming a barrier to progress.
Your responsibilities
As our AI Project Manager, you are the key link between Business, Clients, Product and Engineering, ensuring our most important AI initiatives are delivered with focus and impact. While not directly accountable for revenue targets, this role must ensure initiatives are commercially viable and aligned to client value.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Own and drive a transparently prioritised portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, scope and budget in close collaboration with the CPO
- Align stakeholders on roadmap priorities, sequencing and trade-offs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across locations (e.g. Zurich, Berlin, Lisbon) and hold stakeholders accountable to commitments without direct authority
- Facilitate and run agile ceremonies with clarity and purpose
- Remove blockers proactively and escalate when decisions are needed
- Provide transparent updates to Senior Management and translate technical complexity into clear business communication
- Keep a strong eye on costs and efficiency across AI initiatives (e.g. infrastructure / LLM usage) and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications
Your profile
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management in tech or digital environments, with solid knowledge of agile delivery methods (Scrum/Kanban)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML initiatives, including understanding the differences between traditional software and AI development cycles, agentic AI concepts, and LLM-based systems
- Eagerness to stay on top of AI industry trends and experiment with new technologies
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, or similar)
- A structured, proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, able to lead with diplomacy through expertise rather than title
Why Wüest Partner?
You will work on AI topics with real business relevance and visible impact – helping us bring AI from “experiments” to scalable value for clients, in an environment with high standards for quality and compliance.
