- Support a meaningful and well-organized daily structure. Introduce and accompany our asylum seekers in their new environment
- Assume the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
- Support and contribute to safe accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance and cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts up to taking sanctions
- Organize as well as guide and work situationally in internal workfare: preparation of cleaning materials and ensuring general housekeeping tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning, enforcement of hygiene regulations
- Organize and carry out admissions, discharges, and transfers
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Reliable and trustworthy personality
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)

- Possession of own vehicle is mandatory
