Your Tasks
- You will warmly and competently welcome our patients in our newly equipped practice rooms and be responsible for the associated administrative tasks
- You work in fixed shifts (no weekends and holidays), answer telephone inquiries, and schedule patient appointments
- Furthermore, you carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures such as blood draws, vaccinations, infusion therapies, and CTG
- Using the hospital information system KISIM, you document all prescriptions, measures or interventions, as well as billing, and are committed to the continuous optimization of treatment processes

- You have training as a medical practice assistant
- The well-being of patients is at the center of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation
- You keep an overview in hectic moments
- Conscientious, independent, and quality-conscious work as well as very good IT skills are among your strengths
