At our location in Reinach, we develop and produce innovative industrial flow meters for liquids, gases, and steam. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Business Partner Controlling for Operations. In this role, you contribute to optimizing our business processes through sound analyses and strategic advice. The position is based in Reinach, Switzerland.
What is this role about?
Are you someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations? Do you want to take responsibility in controlling and actively contribute to the financial development of a successful company? In this versatile and dynamic role, you support the Operations business unit in a highly committed team. You advise your stakeholders independently, service-oriented, and with great initiative.
What tasks will you take on?
- As a business partner for Operations Management and technical project managers, you develop sound profitability calculations (ROI, NPV) and thus make a direct contribution to successful investment decisions
- You regularly analyze costs, hourly rates, and product calculations, prepare the results appropriately for the audience, and proactively discuss them with department and project managers. This supports the implementation of optimization measures
- You actively shape forecasts, reporting, and the annual planning process, ensuring that our financial data is reliable and meaningful
- By participating in interdisciplinary projects, both nationally and internationally, you actively drive the further development of our global organization and contribute your ideas
- Together with the team, you improve and standardize controlling and financial processes and drive their digitalization forward
- You create ad-hoc analyses and provide decision-making bases with real added value
What do we expect from you?
- A completed university degree in business administration, controlling, finance, or a comparable field of study
- You have professional experience in business controlling (at least 5 years) in an international, manufacturing industrial environment
- A pronounced analytical thinking ability and the skill to present complex issues clearly characterize you
- A high level of initiative and service orientation as well as a solution-oriented "hands-on" mentality are part of your daily routine
- You master Excel and PowerPoint at a high level – you use these tools confidently and efficiently every day. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is an advantage
- You are strong in communication with your stakeholders and speak very good German and English
