- Lead professionally: You organize case discussions, ensure quality, and support the conceptual development of the department.

What you bring with you
We are not looking for an "ideal candidate" on paper – but people who work with professional expertise, have a human touch, and are eager for new challenges.
- Specialist title: You have a recognized specialist title in pediatrics (FMH or EU equivalent) – preferably also near completion.
- Clinical experience: You have experience in clinical work with children, adolescents, and their families – ideally in psychosomatic or rehabilitative settings.
- Live interdisciplinarity: You enjoy working closely with psychology, nursing, and pedagogy.
- Appreciate team culture: You feel comfortable in flat hierarchies with open communication.
- Joy in shaping: You enjoy contributing and co-developing new concepts.
- You appreciate an environment with quality of life – in the middle of nature and yet well connected.

The Davos High Mountain Clinic is more than a workplace: We are an interdisciplinary rehabilitation center with university affiliation, embedded in the spectacular nature of the Grisons Alps. Our "Parents–Child and Adolescents" department is unique in Switzerland: We accompany children, adolescents, and their families holistically – medically, psychologically, pedagogically, and humanly.
