Your profile
• You have a technical or manual basic education, preferably the EFZ caretaker qualification, and are a talented all-rounder
• You bring several years of professional experience in this field
• Ideally, you have completed the occupational safety course (KOPAS / SIBE) and you are a resilient, committed, and reliable person with assertiveness and flexible availability
• You have solid technical understanding, manual skills, and a pronounced organizational talent with high initiative and prioritization skills
• You have an affinity for and are proficient in handling modern IT infrastructure
Your tasks
• You are responsible for the maintenance of both hotels SeminarHotel am Ägerisee (80 rooms) and Hotel Freihof (15 rooms) as well as the nearby staff house on 4 working days per week
• You keep the grounds around the SeminarHotel in good condition and take care of snow in winter and our garden in summer
• You inspect, monitor, and maintain the facilities and building technology, perform minor repairs throughout the hotel operation, and coordinate orders with external partners
• You supervise compliance with occupational safety guidelines and can operate the fire alarm system
• You manage and maintain the IT infrastructure including network, hardware, and software, and provide support in the implementation and maintenance of hotel management systems and other digital solutions
