What you bring
- Completed basic technical training (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, agricultural machinery mechanic, or automotive mechanic EFZ)
- 5–7 years of professional experience in a technical environment, ideally with intralogistics systems
- Initial experience in (partial) project management or team leadership
- Enjoyment in guiding and developing employees
- Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Resilience and an independent working style
