For our 3-person team in sales management, we are looking for a clerk Visual Merchandising.
You take on the central role in the efficient handling of Visual Merchandising tasks: from orders and material management to coordination with internal and external partners, you ensure the timely implementation of exciting tasks in the Visual Merchandising area and ensure compliance with budget requirements.Area of responsibility:

For our 3-person team in sales management, we are looking for a clerk Visual Merchandising.
You take on the central role in the efficient handling of Visual Merchandising tasks: from orders and material management to coordination with internal and external partners, you ensure the timely implementation of exciting tasks in the Visual Merchandising area and ensure compliance with budget requirements.Area of responsibility:
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of Visual Merchandising and store design measures
- Ensuring and controlling timely material deliveries (POS/Store)
- Purchasing and ordering for store and POS materials as well as budget reconciliation
- Inventory control and maintenance of material and databases (construction plans, advertising materials, master data)
- Structuring, maintenance, and updating of VM guidelines and documentation
- Writing and accompanying circulars to sales staff including graphic creation
- Interface and coordination with branches, suppliers, and warehouse
- Coordination with construction, marketing, purchasing, and sales departments
- Monitoring of deadlines and productions
- Planning and controlling the VM budget
- Support in projects in store construction and POS campaigns
- Participation in sales and marketing meetings
- Completed commercial training and/or retail specialist with corresponding further education to trade or office diploma
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the retail industry
- Very good Office365 skills
- Native German and French skills are an advantage
- Good understanding of processes in retail and/or supply chain management
- Strong organizational talent and enjoyment of a central hub function
- Team player and solution-oriented personality with a can-do mentality
- Service-oriented, precise, and careful working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
