Head of Residential Area 80-100%
Your Tasks
- You support the head of the residential area in the personnel and professional management of our staff and ensure the care processes of the departments
- You lead by example every day and motivate your team to achieve peak performance
- Based on the care concept, you assist in the coordination and organization of daily care
- You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives, and the care team
- You support the head of the residential area and the head of care in various organizational and administrative matters
- You actively participate in care and take on assigned shifts (including weekends)
- You assist in the training and education of apprentices and interns
What You Bring
- A qualification as a registered nurse is mandatory
- Initial leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with corresponding training
- Experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector
- You think economically and have proven RAI-HC knowledge
- You have an interest in care development and improving care quality
- You possess good PC user skills
- You understand Swiss German and speak German at least at C1 level
- Desirable: RAI-LTCF knowledge as MDS Coordinator / RAI Supervisor
- Desirable: Further education and professional experience in vocational training
