Grow with us – Your tasks
You ensure 1st level support for the assigned product line and take on long-term plannable assignments within your region with regular travel activity
You perform installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks
Troubleshooting technical problems and determining appropriate solutions are also part of your responsibilities
You create detailed service reports and ensure that processes are documented promptly and correctly
You follow all company-prescribed procedures and protocols
You work closely with the service team and ensure the exchange of information within the company
On-site at the customer, you understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations/briefings
You build a positive relationship with customers for successful collaboration
Your profile
You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship as an electronics technician (x|f|m) or mechatronics technician (x|f|m)
You have several years of experience in technical field service and are experienced in dealing with customers
You have experience in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining technical devices
We expect flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing working hours
You are characterized by high customer orientation and teamwork skills
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required
You are willing to travel within the DACH region and are prepared to be on-site with customers for 4-5 days per week
