Audit Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Trade, Industries & Services - October 2025

As part of the audit, we provide independent and objective assurance that financial data, annual accounts, and financial processes are accurate, reliable, and compliant with laws, thereby creating trust among stakeholders. In doing so, we contribute to the integrity of financial systems, facilitate informed decision-making, protect against fraud, and promote confidence in the business environment.

• You audit annual and consolidated financial statements and assess compliance with regulatory requirements for national and international corporations and companies from the industrial, trade, and service sectors.
• You evaluate business processes and provide assistance with accounting questions according to various standards (OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, US GAAP).
• You work directly with the Engagement Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing various audit assignments as well as special audits and are in direct contact with other specialists.
• You are part of the digital revolution in auditing by using our digital audit tools and approaches and helping to improve them.
• You gain in-depth knowledge of a broad client spectrum, build client relationships, and actively maintain them.

• You are completing or have just completed the training to become a certified auditor.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in auditing and have gained insights into business and regulatory audits of companies.
• You have strong analytical skills, a high quality standard for yourself and the team, and want to actively drive digitalization in auditing.
• You are motivated and contribute to creating solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations.
• You are ready to take responsibility from the start and thrive in an environment with an active coaching culture.
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
