Your Tasks

Creation of individual care plans according to the care process model in coordination with the therapy plan
Execution of enforcement, treatment, and supervisory tasks according to the Maßregelvollzugsgesetz of the state of Schleswig-Holstein
Continuous analysis to ensure care quality

Your Profile

Completed training as a nursing professional
Ability to build relationships as well as a secure balance between distance and closeness
Willingness to work shifts
Team spirit and independence
