Job Description
- Participate in welcoming and settling the patient
- Provide basic and comfort care
- Ensure patient safety
- Support the patient in daily life activities
- Listen to the patient, consider them as a whole, and communicate any information received necessary for care to the nursing team
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the patient’s environment
Qualifications
- Hold a CRS auxiliary diploma or equivalent training
- High professional awareness, motivation, flexibility, and dynamism
- Ability to integrate into a group and team spirit
- Ability to manage stress
- Knowledge of English is an asset
