Carpenter EFZ with Further Training in the Commercial Field
Activities
- Administrative and technical processing in the field of window construction
- Recording, checking and processing of offers, orders and purchases
- Technical clarifications regarding window systems (e.g. wood, wood-metal, plastic, aluminum)
- Support of project management and sales
- Communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments
- Maintenance of master data as well as documentation in the ERP/CRM system
- Deadline monitoring and coordination of deliveries
- General administrative tasks in daily business
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Good to very good knowledge in window construction and window construction-specific systems
- Further training in the commercial field (commercial school or similar)
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of detailed work
- Confident handling of MS Office, ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Customer-oriented thinking and strong communication skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
