We need you for the mobility transition and the development of charging infrastructure in Germany and Europe.

YOUR MISSION

• Leading the Software Development team with 5 employees 

• Responsibility for the operational daily business and monitoring the quality of work within the team 

• Interface management with other departments such as hardware development, product management, product development, and engineering 

• Implementation of cybersecurity requirements for products and processes

• Development of the software roadmap and responsibility for its implementation 

• Responsibility for technology and architecture in the software area (conducting architecture reviews, managing technology radar, and implementing proofs-of-concept)

• Ensuring quality & compliance with internal audits and reviews, managing traceability checks 

• Employee development and creation of training plans for the software development team

• Responsibility for the team budget
  

  YOUR ENERGIZED PROFILE

  • You have a professional or academic degree in the field of 
     Software Engineering

  • You have practical experience in microservices/embedded architectures, design patterns, clean code, and refactoring.

  • You are proficient with Git, CI/CD (Github Actions/Azure DevOps/Jenkins), containers (Docker), artifact management, and issue tracking. In the area of security and safety, you are familiar with secure coding, threat modeling, SBOM, security scanning, safety engineering (e.g., FMEA)

  • You have deep knowledge of protocols (CAN, Modbus, OPC UA, OCPP), real-time/embedded, edge/cloud, and industrial communication

  • Experience with agile and hybrid leadership and risk management is an advantage 

  • You have native-level German language skills in writing and speaking and business fluent English skills
