We are looking for a lawyer 80 - 100% at the Zurich location in the field of business administrative law, especially antitrust, procurement, and financial market law, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Collaborate on issues of antitrust and competition law, including merger controls, market behavior analyses, and support of proceedings before authorities
- Support in the area of financial market regulation, FINMA topics, licenses, governance, and regulatory processes
- Analyze complex legal matters and prepare legal assessments, opinions, and expert reports
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts such as cooperation agreements, contracts in the energy sector, and other project-related contracts
Your qualifications:
- Swiss bar admission
- Ideally professional experience in a business law firm and/or in the federal administration
- Interest in economic contexts and dependencies
- Analytical thinking and good numerical understanding
- Entrepreneurial thinking and corresponding ambition
