Junior System Engineer / Junior ICT System Administrator 80-100%

In this versatile role, you support the operational operation of our IT services and contribute significantly to service quality.

Your focus is on first- and second-level support. You handle user inquiries, disruptions, and changes according to defined processes and support workplace systems, standard server services, as well as printers, peripherals, and basic network issues.

In addition, you participate in the operation of our server and storage systems (on-prem and hybrid), support user and permission management, as well as backup and restore processes. You actively help maintain our operational documentation and further professionalize service management.

For this responsible role, you have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or a comparable basic education.

You bring basic knowledge in Windows client and server environments, user and permission management, as well as IT support processes. A structured and reliable working style characterizes you as well as your enjoyment of support and contact with users.

Ideally, you have initial knowledge in network technology, Microsoft 365, or virtualization technologies. These skills can also be developed as part of your further development.

You are willing to learn, responsible, and communicate clearly – also with non-IT persons. Teamwork in an environment with different experience levels rounds off your profile.
