As Team Leader: Private Customers of the customer halls Wetzikon, Pfäffikon ZH and Bauma, you have the opportunity to inspire our customers and develop the employees. Together with your team, you shape the appearance and customer experience in our branch. You promote a pronounced sales and consulting culture and motivate your team to achieve top performance. Your team is responsible for welcoming, triaging, and advising our customers. In addition to selling account/card assortments and package solutions, identifying and conveying further customer needs is a central part of the team's daily work.
Your tasks
- Leading and developing about 15 employees across 3 branches
- Training and quality assurance for advising private customers
- Active management of sales figures in account openings and potential recognition including training, reporting, and campaigns
- Resource and shift planning for your own team
- Advising private customers in the areas of numbers (account and card assortment), saving, investing, and retirement planning
- Recognizing potential and determining needs
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognizing and conveying further customer needs
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of experience at the front in the banking sector, leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong sales and service orientation
- You score with your trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic manner
- Outstanding organizational talent with high self-motivation and personal responsibility
- Well-groomed, confident appearance and good manners
- Foreign language skills (English is required, French, Italian or other languages are an advantage)
