What you will do
You will support a small but fine team of system, cloud, and Linux engineers with the daily challenges of a large, complex infrastructure. Your area of expertise is the "Workplace" sector with a Microsoft-heavy technology stack, which includes Azure (Entra ID, SSO), M365 (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.), as well as 1st and 2nd level support. You will also actively develop the support area further on process and organizational levels.
In addition, you are also interested in network, security, or cloud topics, where you can further develop with us and take on exciting tasks and later even projects.

What we expect from you
- Completed vocational training in IT (system technology, business informatics, or platform development) with EFZ
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or initial experience in system engineering (maintenance of networks and Windows or Linux server systems)
- Solid knowledge in the workplace area with M365, Intune, EntraID, etc.
- Independent and structured way of working
- Quick comprehension, good technical understanding, and adaptability
- Communicative, enthusiastic personality, ready to collaborate with different teams, and eager to learn
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Nice-to-have: Basic understanding of networks (network architecture, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL, load balancing, etc.) and cloud technologies (Azure Native, container systems like Kubernetes).
