Infrastructure and Road Development Manager (Civil Engineering) 80-100%
In this role, you will join a local multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, spirit of innovation, and friendliness.
YOUR ROLE:
- Lead large-scale infrastructure and road development projects by coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure strategic planning, resource management, and compliance with client objectives: quality, safety, deadlines, and budgets
- Collaborate with internal and external experts in various fields: urban hydraulics, gas networks, district heating, underground structures, geotechnics, electromechanics, public lighting, and environment
- Manage projects from design to completion, maintaining smooth communication with the client
- Monitor on-site work and participate in key meetings
- Drive business development: client contact, planning, and preparation of proposals.
COULD IT BE YOU?
- Civil engineering degree (EPFL, HES or equivalent)
- Collaborative leadership and project management skills
- Proven experience: minimum 10 years in road infrastructure, including 5 years in Switzerland
- Mastery of Swiss standards and regulations
- Fluent in French; German and English are assets
