Your tasks
- You support specialists in matters of daily business such as rent changes, apartment handovers, and utility billing as well as in the preparation of final accounts and dunning processes
- You advise tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities by phone and provide information
- You process terminations
- You prepare and issue repair orders
- You check and post creditor invoices
- You create tenant statements, record property condition reports, and are responsible for general data maintenance
- You perform administrative tasks and handle tenant correspondence
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent education (e.g., civil engineering draftsman)
- You have solid commercial professional experience, preferably from our industry, and are ready to learn new things
- Your mother tongue is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
- You have high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy working with people
- You have an affinity for technology and can apply new technologies
- You have self-learning competence and enjoy sharing your knowledge
