The Novotel Zurich Airport Messe is located between the exhibition center and the airport and is ideal for business and family stays with a 24-hour reception, 10 conference rooms for 320 people, and special offers for children. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Cluster Sales Manager for our hotels in Zurich by arrangement.
Job Description
- Monitoring the processing of RFIs and RFPs
- Contacting potential local partners to generate new leads
- Maintaining and updating the customer database with accurate information about customers and prospects
- Conducting market research to identify new local customers and support measures for new customer acquisition
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, customer visits, and site inspections with potential local partners
- Supporting smaller sales projects and local campaigns with independent responsibility for defined tasks
- Assisting in organizing sales events, trade fairs, and customer events
- Participating in networking events or smaller local sales fairs
Qualifications
- A successfully completed vocational training/studies in hotel management or tourism
- Initial experience in a similar position
- Very good communication skills, confident, professional appearance
- Creative, open, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Well-groomed appearance
