About the job

• Advising guests on leisure, outdoor, sports, wellness, and cultural offers
• Organization and booking of activities, excursions, events, transfers, and special arrangements
• Active accompaniment of guests on selected outdoor and nature experiences in the region
• Creation of individual experience and weekly programs as well as maintenance of a regional partner network
• Ensuring smooth processes including coordination with the head concierge, internal departments, and professional additional sales management

• Completed training in hospitality, tourism, or event or leisure sector
• Professional experience in luxury or high-quality tourism environment as well as practical outdoor experience in alpine surroundings is an advantage
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office, common digital tools, and knowledge of PMS Shiji Enterprise Platform is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of the region around Bad Ragaz as well as interest in regional leisure and outdoor offers
• Independent, structured, and flexible working style with high service orientation, decisiveness, and team spirit
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
