With your craftsmanship and proven experience in technical janitorial services, would you like to take on responsibility? Actively contribute daily in this central and versatile role! We are looking for you as a proactive, customer-oriented, and team-capable support in a demanding and attractive customer environment in the Winterthur/Schaffhausen area. Your main tasks:
- Operating and monitoring building technical systems
- Coordinating and performing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep work
- Obtaining quotes and ordering materials
- Coordinating, accompanying, and controlling internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
- Performing and reporting additional services
- Participating in moves as well as renovation and refurbishment projects
- Contact person for the end customer
Your profile:
- Completed technical or craft training (EFZ)
- Several years of experience in a similar role and in the maintenance of complex building technical systems
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Good PC user skills
- Driving license category B
- High quality awareness and pronounced customer orientation
- High team capability and flexibility
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
