Logistics Specialist (100%)
We are looking for a storage logistics specialist to support our mission of maintaining smooth and efficient operations in the public transport sector. As a key member of a dynamic and united team, you are responsible for the operational management of stocks and create the essential link between our internal teams and our business partners.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a storage logistics specialist or as a commercial manager in automotive parts / heavy goods vehicles
- You have proven experience in a similar role in the public transport sector or light / heavy vehicles
- You use documentary research as a key tool in your work
- You possess a category B driving license (manual transmission)
- Your French language skills are excellent (C1)
- You master office and IT tools dedicated to the field and have already used an ERP
- Organized and rigorous, you are able to work in a team and manage priorities

- You formalize the requests of internal contacts regarding goods and services, through documentary research with external business partners
- You handle the administrative part of technical tenders
- You prepare and distribute precisely the parts and equipment necessary for the maintenance of our vehicle fleet and infrastructures, respecting agreed deadlines
- You participate in inventories and ensure their proper execution and disposal
- You guarantee the availability of materials used on site and control costs according to current practices
- You manage the interim stocks centralized and decentralized across our various sites
