Your tasks
- Project planning, overall construction management tasks, and billing of civil engineering projects
- Supervision of the structural maintenance and renewal of road and sewer systems
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, schedule, and cost requirements in civil engineering projects
- Personnel and technical leadership of employees in the workshop
- Planning and maintenance of wastewater systems and implementation of the general drainage plan (GEP) in cooperation with the GEP engineering office
- Responsibility for updating the municipal pipeline cadastre GIS
- Collaboration on cross-departmental tasks and projects
- Preparation and review of decision-making bases for the decision-making bodies of the municipality of Fällanden
- Opportunity to take on additional topics in the field of nature and environmental protection
Your profile
- Diploma / Advanced Technical College, Civil Engineering Technician HF or similar
- Completed training in civil engineering as well as further technical qualifications
- Comprehensive expertise and professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in infrastructure construction (especially roads and wastewater)
- Solid knowledge in project management and legal basics as well as relevant standards in civil engineering
- Enthusiastic and communicative personality with negotiation skills
- Independent, self-reliant, and reliable working style
- Strong problem-solving skills and high resilience
- Very good written and oral expression
- Proven IT user skills (preferably Abacus)
- Driver's license category B
