Advisor with experience in public housing
In Renovation & Building Physics, we are accelerating our consulting within our market area Public Housing in Aarhus and surrounding areas. We are experiencing a strong influx of new tasks and have several exciting opportunities in the pipeline, and we are therefore looking for an experienced colleague who wants to take the lead in our public services. We already hold several framework agreements, and you will therefore become part of an organization that has a strong grip on the public market, where you have a good opportunity to apply your skills and contribute to our continued development. Are you our new colleague?
Your new role
As our new advisor, your main focus will be to manage our market area "Public Housing", where you act as the link between Ramboll and the public customers. You handle both the strategic approach and project management on public projects, which also means that you are responsible for the process with the National Building Fund, manage forms A, B, and C, and advise our public customers on the process for renovation support applications and the various financing options and compositions in a comprehensive plan implementation. You will be responsible for solving independent tasks, and as an advisor, you will be responsible for Ramboll's relations with public customers – a customer portfolio that includes several framework agreements.
Your primary areas of responsibility will be:
- Manage project management on public projects, including advising in connection with the process with the National Building Fund, renovation support applications, and the various financing options and compositions in a comprehensive plan implementation, etc.
- Develop our market area within Public Housing
- Act as contact person for Ramboll's framework agreements with public customers in Aarhus and surrounding areas
- Actively contribute to Ramboll's internal network for public buildings and bring relevant skills into play for your current projects
- Seek new customers and maintain existing customer and collaboration relationships
- Provide sparring and development for less experienced colleagues.
A typical workweek will include a wide variety of tasks and projects. You will typically be away from the office 20-25% of your working time. Your time will be divided so that 25% of your time is spent on customers/customer relations/sales and 75% on projects as project manager.
Your new department
You will be part of our division, Renovation & Building Physics. In Renovation & Building Physics, we are 100 dedicated colleagues spread across 5 locations: Aarhus, Vejle, Fredericia, Odense, and Copenhagen. You will become part of the department in Aarhus, consisting of 19 engineers, constructors, and architects who work with all types of tasks within the existing building stock, including renovation, extension, conversion, demolition projects, building damages, indoor climate, condition assessment, and technical due diligence. Both professionally and collegially, there is a close connection to colleagues at our other locations, where joint theme days with professional sparring and development as well as teambuilding are regularly held. Overall, we in the Aarhus department are a very diverse team with varying seniority and an even distribution of both genders. We have a fantastic camaraderie and regularly hold social events, including a technical excursion every other year, which typically takes us outside the country's borders.
