• Ensuring diagnostic, repair, service, and general maintenance work on lawn mowers, garden equipment, as well as motor and electrical devices
• Assessing warranty, goodwill, and billing cases
• Preparing cost estimates
• Recording the work performed
• Providing delivery documents and products for our shipping department

• Completed technical vocational training with a focus on mechanics or electrical engineering
• Good knowledge of repair work on motor and electrical devices
• Independent working style, flexibility, and resilience
• Good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Solid IT skills
