Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomy AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice, and soup dishes to various curries. The team in the restaurant, located in the Mattenhof area in Kriens, takes care of regular guests on site as well as incoming take-away and delivery orders. Nooch has 139 seats indoors and another 176 outdoors.

To complement our new team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated

Deputy Managing Director (a) 80-100%

Your versatile tasks:

• You are the right hand of our managing person 📅

• Introducing, training, and supervising employees 👩‍🏫

• Numbers are no mystery to you – you are the master of calculation: from daily and monthly closings to inventory 📊

• You plan the shifts of your employees including time control 🕒

• You live our values and keep the business on a successful course 🌟

Your talents & experience:

• Completed hotel management school/federally certified operations manager* or completed apprenticeship in gastronomy/hotellerie with corresponding professional experience 🎓

• Host* with passion ❤️

• Ambition to develop further 🚀

• Organizational talent and high social competence 📋

• Good oral and written German skills 🗣️
