Junior Project Manager Tender (m/f/d)

For the "Buildings" division in the Zurich region, we are looking for an experienced Jr. Project Manager Tender (m/f/d) for the "Modernisation" area. Your workplace in this position will be our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon .

What you will drive

• You ensure efficient organization of administrative processes and act as a link to various ongoing and future projects. This includes coordinating appointments, responsibility for correspondence, supporting project reporting, and creating presentations, minutes, and project-specific reports.
• You support the tender team from the early phases of tender development and development projects through to TU / GU procedures and accompany the offers and acquisition together with the competent project team. Collaboration with estimators is central to determining the tender price.
• You are curious and like to question yourself to work on projects successfully in the long term. You are eager to learn to achieve a higher degree of independence in the medium term and are used to applying new methods to continuously improve the offers.
• You enjoy working in a team and are accustomed to working in a structured way along internal processes.
• You keep a cool head even in hectic phases and ensure that all parties have the right information at the right time.

That’s why you succeed

• You have completed commercial training and have an affinity for the real estate and construction industry.
• You preferably bring project experience.
• You are very familiar with MS Office (especially PowerPoint / Excel).
• You have very good German skills.
• You are service- and customer-oriented and have assertiveness.
• Additionally, you are innovative, open, farsighted, interested in numbers, self-confident, have a sense of humor, and want to change and improve things.
