Your tasks
- Move Consultants acts as a fiduciary for building data for corporates and institutional investors in Switzerland
- In the Data Trust Team, you take responsibility as a Data Specialist for the collection (including on-site), processing/management, and analysis of graphical and alphanumeric building data
- You enjoy and have experience in dealing with customers and users
- You like working as part of an experienced team
- You can expect an open and creative working atmosphere in an exciting environment with a high degree of personal responsibility
- You ensure data flows in CAD/CAFM systems and real estate IT environments
- You actively manage data in the assigned mandates throughout the entire lifecycle of the real estate data to ensure data integrity
- You support the project team in medium to large Data Trust mandates and coordinate with project management, external clients, and stakeholders regarding content and deadlines within the budget
- You engage with the tools used and contribute suggestions for the further development of tools and processes
Your profile
- You have at least completed vocational training in the field of building construction
- You have very good CAD skills (AutoCAD/ARES Commander) (primarily 2D architectural plans)
- Strong analytical thinking, affinity for handling and processing real estate data, and a high level of quality awareness
- You are a team player with a strong service orientation
- Very good German skills and basic French skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
