It offers residents a well-developed infrastructure and diverse cultural opportunities. For the Social Assistance Administration team, we are looking for a

• First point of contact for our clients at the counter and on the phone
• Co-responsible for the entire administrative area of the Social Counseling Intake administration
• Mail processing and correspondence management
• Support and takeover of various other exciting administrative and organizational tasks in the different areas of Social Assistance Administration (counseling, health insurance, authorities)
• Increase to 100% workload desired as of February 1, 2026

• Completed commercial training
• Preferably further training in social insurance
• Good IT skills, ideally including Tutoris
• Service-oriented, precise and independent working style
• Honest and transparent personality as well as strong team player
• Empathy for people in difficult life situations
• Desire to make a difference and help shape things
