We support the growth and success of the versatile Business Unit Banking Services through project management and active participation in the areas of analysis, conception, project management, and strategy communication. Currently, two teams of project managers and employees work on various initiatives. Now we are building an additional team that specifically deals with conceptual and strategic issues. These are your tasks
- Line responsibility for a small team of strategic project managers and employees
- Support the growth and success of the Business Unit Banking Service
- Initiation, structuring, and management of conceptual and strategic initiatives around the digitalization and further development of payment transactions
- Future-oriented design of business models (value proposition, market potential, strategic and financial planning)
- Support of the annual processes and ad-hoc questions regarding group strategy in close cooperation with the strategy functions of SIX Group and other business units
- Close collaboration with senior management, business leaders, banks and associations as well as strategy communication for board, management, employees, and customers
What you bring with you
- 5+ years of professional experience in an international strategy consulting firm, additional experience in strategic tasks of a financial service provider is a great plus. Experience in relevant areas such as payment transactions, debit or credit cards, corporate and retail banking is an advantage.
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of commitment, flexibility, initiative, and creativity
- Experience in leading employees
- Ability to communicate at eye level with all levels (oral, written, presentations) to build sustainable stakeholder relationships
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
