As a clerk (m/f/d) in internal sales, you are part of our internal sales department in the labeling area at our company location in Rheinbreitbach (near Cologne, Bonn, Siegburg, Sankt Augustin, Hennef, Koblenz). Together with eleven other employees and your department management, you support our customers with product questions and orders related to labeling.

These are your tasks

• You promptly create offers for our label dispensers based on the requirements of the sales representative
• You enter customer orders into our ERP system and actively accompany the project progress during the construction of the new system(s) at our headquarters in Rheinbreitbach
• You maintain close communication with the customer to coordinate preparations for installation.
• You ensure timely delivery of the system to the customer, initiate billing, and remain open and interested in all customer concerns that arise even after delivery to the customer
• You stay in close contact with the customer and the sales representative to actively expand the customer relationship

This is what we expect from you

• Completed training in the commercial field, preferably with professional experience
• You are proficient in using the PC and common MS Office programs
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• A structured and precise way of working is a matter of course for you
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• An independent but also team-oriented working style is your strength
• You are an organizational talent with strong communication skills and solution orientation
