Les Peupliers brings together three populations under one roof. Children, adolescents - young adults, and elderly people live together and learn from each other in an idyllic setting at the foot of the Cousimbert, between Fribourg and Bulle.
We are looking for our future colleague!
To complete our team at the Specialized Vocational Training Center (CFPS), we are looking for a Socio-professional Master Operator 100%
Your main activities
- Supervise a group of young people and pass on your know-how to the learners
- Ensure learners follow the training plans required by the vocational training service
- Monitor learners at their practical training locations (internships)
- Prepare and participate in learner evaluations and in the preparation of reports
- Work closely with professional networks and various external and internal partners of the CFPS
- Enforce the rules of conduct in the workplace
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an operator
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Trainer certificate or willingness to train
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, and active listening
- Be autonomous, demonstrate team spirit and initiative
