Who we are
The Breitenhof Center includes a senior center with around 95 residents with different care and support needs as well as day care for children and seniors.
Our employee is leaving us to take on a new challenge. Therefore, we are looking for an initiative and flexible successor as of 01.02.2026 or by arrangement as
Activation Management HF

What we are looking for you for:
- Independently further develop a needs-based activation offer as well as plan, organize and carry out resource-oriented activation and everyday design in group or individual activities
- Organization and implementation of cultural offers and events for our residents
- Support and promote cooperative and interdisciplinary collaboration with all areas
- Lead and organize projects
- Budget responsibility in own area
- Manage six employees (including 2 HF students)
- Supervision of HF students
- Plan, lead and participate in meetings
- Administrative work, concept development
You fit with us because you bring the following requirements:
- Degree as a certified activation specialist HF and leadership experience
- Trainer*
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience
- Creativity and joy in co-organizing events
- Empathy and good knowledge in dealing with elderly and impaired people
- Networked thinking, high social competence, flexibility, teamwork, reliability and passion and commitment at work
- Flexibility in rapidly changing situations and openness to change
- Good communication skills
- Good MS Office and PEP knowledge desirable
- Confident communication in German language, spoken and written
