Specifically, the following tasks await you in your new job:
- You competently and needs-orientedly accompany our customers in the individual private customer segment in the areas of liquidity management, retirement provision, assets, and financing. You integrate insurance services and services from our partnerships into your overall advice, always in close cooperation with your colleagues from the bank and insurance.
- You consistently implement the market approach defined in the team with a lot of energy and passion.
- You develop your own customer portfolio in collaboration with the insurance.
- You recognize potentials that you either exploit yourself or pass on to our private bankers for further support.

We are a well-coordinated team distributed across the various locations of the bank and insurance. Despite the decentralized workplaces, we value regular and open exchange. By helping each other and sharing ideas, we support and motivate each other.

What We Expect
You are that certain combination of sales talent, open ear, and numbers person . You think analytically, can also immerse yourself in complex situations, and convincingly represent your solutions. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed banking training and/or further education in banking or finance
- Business administration further education is an advantage, e.g., higher technical school for economics or university of applied sciences
- At least 3-5 years of experience in consulting in the banking or financial sector
- SAQ certification (Individual Customer Advisor profile)
- Willingness to travel: You meet with colleagues and customers at various agencies or at customers' homes
- Networking in the region: Your network in the region helps you.
- Very good oral and written expression in the German language.
