Nurse
(100%, fixed-term 2 months)

Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their family, respecting the HFR care philosophy, working all service shifts
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
• evaluate your performance and make necessary adjustments aiming at continuous improvement of your interventions
• participate in the development of the service
• supervise and support new team members as well as trainees

Your profile:

• nursing diploma in general care, HES level, or equivalent training
• proven experience in nursing care
• experience in rehabilitation is an asset
• proficiency in French or German, with good knowledge of the partner language
• dynamic, constructive, and creative spirit
• interpersonal skills and communication sense
• ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team
• flexibility, commitment, and willingness to accept changes

Tasks

• You provide high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the person cared for and their environment, considering the applicable HFR nursing guidelines and being available for all shifts.
• You promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both at the team level and with all other employees.
• You assess your performance and adjust it in the sense of continuous quality improvement.
• You contribute to the further development of the department.
• You supervise and support new team members and trainees.

Profile

• Diploma in nursing FH or equivalent training
• Proven experience in nursing
• Experience in rehabilitation is an advantage
• German or French with good knowledge of the other language
• Dynamic, constructive attitude, creativity
• Social skills and communication ability
• Independent working style and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to adapt to changes
