Assembly Technician (w/m/d)

- Committed collaboration and active contribution of expertise as well as technical enthusiasm in a multidisciplinary environment with diverse tasks in special machine construction
- Co-development of assembly and testing procedures in close coordination with development, process managers, and assembly departments
- Assembly of complex opto-mechatronic prototypes, test systems, and special machines – from the technical drawing to successful commissioning
- Execution of highly precise optical calibrations using modern testing equipment as well as structured recording and documentation of calibration data
- Confident handling of new, unknown tasks and active learning of innovative techniques and technologies
- Monitoring and maintenance of special machines, test systems, and technical fixtures
- Contribution and implementation of continuous improvements in assembly, testing, and calibration processes
What defines you
- Completed technical training (automation technician, polymechanic, electronics technician, or similar)
- Experience in mechanical manufacturing (turning, milling, drilling) is a prerequisite
- At least 2 years of experience in assembly and collaboration on mechatronic/optical systems
- User knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Teams and SharePoint)
- Experience in independently prioritizing assigned tasks and stakeholder management
- Communicative, team-oriented, creative thinking, and precise working style with a hands-on mentality
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
