As a Raw Material Warehouse Manager Production (m/f/d), you are responsible for the standard storage of raw materials and their availability in production. In addition, you are responsible, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Specialist, for ensuring the incoming goods inspection according to the specifications of CCHBC.
YOUR NEW TASKS:
- Receiving raw material deliveries from logistics and storing them according to the "First Expired First Out" storage concept in the respective warehouse
- Recording all incoming and outgoing raw materials with the handheld scanner and booking them in the SAP / batch management system
- Performing the incoming goods inspection (WEK) in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Specialist and feedback in SAP
- Work preparation for production operations (providing raw materials according to the production plan) with booking routines in SAP
- Returns from production back to the raw material warehouse with SAP booking routine
- Inventory counts in collaboration with the Plant Analyst / continuous stock checks with reconciliation to production and raw material planning
- Entering destruction requests for outdated or defective raw materials in the system
- Link to planning, production, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Plant Analyst
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment (forklifts, pallet trucks) and infrastructure
- Adhering to safety and GMP guidelines in the warehouse
- Building and maintaining contacts with production, logistics, QA, production and raw material planning, as well as raw material purchasing

• Completed apprenticeship EFZ
• Initial professional experience required
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• You possess a SUVA-recognized forklift license
• Experience with SAP and MS Office
• Reliable, independent, and precise working style
• Team player
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
