Job Description

As a Junior Business Developer – Information Systems Consulting, you will be involved in promoting consulting and technology offers, qualifying opportunities with major accounts and institutions, as well as structuring the sales pipeline, in close collaboration with delivery and technical teams.

Your main missions

• Prospect and qualify leads (large companies, institutions) in Switzerland for various sectors (mainly Luxury, Retail, and CPG).
• Lead initial client meetings and prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with technical teams.
• Manage and enrich the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensure opportunity follow-up and reporting.
• Participate in local events (meetups, trade shows, webinars) and marketing initiatives to increase visibility.
• Provide market feedback and contribute to offer improvements.

Qualifications

Graduated with a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree (business school, management school, technical training with a business orientation), you also have:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, ideally in services, consulting, or B2B environments.
• A strong interest in consulting offers, technologies, and digital transformation.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong taste for fieldwork, prospecting, and negotiation.
• The ability to work autonomously, with a strong results orientation.
• Proficiency in CRM and collaborative office tools.
• Fluent French is essential; professional English required. German and/or Italian are a plus.
