HEAD OF ENVIRONMENT TECHNOLOGY (m/f/d) - immediate or by arrangement

As part of the upcoming succession, we are looking for a qualified and committed person at one of our locations in Switzerland

• Responsibility for the further development of the environmental sector as head of the environmental technology group
• Representation of HOLINGER internally and externally with strong communicative presence and targeted technical know-how in the environmental sector
• Close cooperation with the CTO and management for the strategic orientation of HOLINGER in the environmental sector
• Management of the environmental technology group with a main focus on innovation scouting, knowledge transfer within the branches, and technical support of projects
• A significant part of the work is the independent acquisition of projects and their implementation in the role of project management, technical support, or quality assurance

• Completed university degree in a technical or scientific field
• MBA or comparable further education in business management is an advantage
• Leadership experience, ideally in the engineering or environmental sector
• Good market and industry knowledge in the environmental sector
• Committed, entrepreneurially minded personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Native German speaker, good knowledge of French
