Logistics Specialist (Leadership Position)
Activities
- Technical and organizational management of the logistics department
- Ensuring smooth processes for customer orders, external work, and purchased parts
- Optimization and further development of logistics and warehouse processes
- Responsibility for goods receipt and dispatch, scheduling, and shipping
- Support in quality control as well as proper packaging
- Leadership and development of employees
- Close cooperation with production, purchasing, production planning, and quality
Requirements
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment (metal processing advantageous)
- Initial leadership experience or clear motivation to take on leadership responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient personality with high personal responsibility
- SUVA-recognized forklift license as well as driving license category B
Offer
- Long-term position and a high degree of independence
