Job description:
Your future position: A key role in hospital supply.
As an essential member of our team, your actions will have a direct impact on the quality of patient care. Here is an overview of your tasks:
- Contact suppliers, handle requests from colleagues, manage emails and phone calls for the department.
- Proactively manage orders and ensure their follow-up.
- Conduct market studies and propose alternatives in case of stock shortages or price variations.
- Keep the referenced item database up to date: referencing, price updates.
- Perform various administrative tasks in support of the department and its manager.
