• Active risk management as the first point of contact for customer advice on all due diligence issues as well as AML relevant topics
• Implementation of regulatory projects and controls with front-office reference of the VP Bank Group as well as close cooperation with the departments Compliance, Legal, Tax or Client Lifecycle Management
• Coordination, clarifications and close cooperation with internal and external specialist departments
• Ensuring and carrying out quality assurance measures, including the development and implementation of training and reporting
• Taking over front-office related audit pendencies and IKS controls as well as ensuring the instruction system

• Higher education
• Professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the area of compliance or risk management in the financial industry and/or familiarity with the processes, instruments and guidelines of the wealth management business
• Experienced stakeholder management and ability to build and maintain trusting relationships
• Flair for IKS controls, project and process management
• Networked thinking, decisiveness and a strong affinity for IT systems and data analysis
• High willingness to perform as well as solution-oriented and pragmatic thinking and acting
• Open, flexible, communicative and enthusiastic personality with a pronounced service orientation
• Confident German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
