Team Leader: Benefits & Administration IV 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Varied and challenging activity

• In this responsible position, you will take over the organizational and professional management of the Benefits & Administration department of the Disability Insurance.
• You ensure a uniform, legally compliant, and customer-oriented performance assessment and thus contribute significantly to the quality of our company.
• In addition, you are responsible for careful invoice control and work routinely with OsivNet.
• As a competent contact person, you will professionally support your team, especially in the areas of aids (HM) and medical measures (MM).
• Furthermore, you coordinate cooperation with the Regional Medical Service as well as the Legal Service and ensure smooth information flow between the involved parties.

Ideally, you bring

• Commercial basic training (Profile E or M or equivalent business school)
• Several years of professional experience in the economic or social insurance sector is an advantage
• Completed further training as a social insurance specialist is an advantage
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Independent, precise working style and willingness to take responsibility
• Initiative, decisive and networked thinking and acting
• High service competence and good communication skills
• High advisory competence – very good written and oral expression
